Antonio Ricardo Kalil

Over the past seven years, Antonio has managed family offices with international operations in hospitality, energy, and technology; as well as a robust offshore financial investment book. His acumen on the specificities of jurisdictions and banking operations has been honed through direct liaison with over ten offshore investment banks, and his investment expertise includes equities, derivatives, fixed income, currencies, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.

Prior to founding ABARK, he was the CEO of ARK International Consulting. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, as well as a Master’s in International Management from IE Business School.

Alexandre Barigchun

Alexandre started his banking carreer in 2006, where he worked for various positions at Opus Capital and eventually joined Tag Bank in Panama as General Manager. In these roles, he oversaw numerous functions including HR, controller functions, accounting, audit, back office, asset allocation and treasury. 

Alexandre is a Business Administrator and has Broker and Principal Officer License issued by the Superintendencia de Mercado de Valores de Panama (SMV). Prior to founding ABARK, he served as CEO of Tag Bank in Panama.

Fabio Oliveira

Fabio worked for 13 years at the EBX Group in various roles, including Treasury, Budget an Accounting. During his tenure, he served as the accounting, financial, and operating manager of the group’s offshore division with assets exceeding USD 35 billion. He also played a key role in three IPOs that raised over USD 5 billion. Prior to that, Fabio implemented SOX policies at IBM Brazil and developed processes and optimization for the newly-established IBM Bank.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a MBA in Finance from Ibmec.
